Our Competitive Fee Structure
- To begin the property search a registration fee of £250 or €300 (plus
VAT) is payable to Property Finders-London. This payment covers costs
such as telecommunication and other expenses associated with the initial
property search.
- A final fee is payable to Property Finders London on purchasing a
property. The fee is calculated at 0.75% (three quarters of a percent) of
the purchase price plus VAT.
