Too busy to search for a London rental Property?
Property Finders-London can assist your search for the perfect London
rental pad.
- For an initial fee of £300 or €400 we will carry out a search of available/suitable rental
properties in a particular London area on your behalf. - We will arrange convenient viewings for you.
- A Maximum of 10 ten properties can be arranged for viewing.
- If you don't have the time to view properties we can mail you details of properties which
meet your criteria, We can then view up to 5 properties and rate them on your behalf. - On finding you a rental property Property Finders London will take a final fee calculated
at 50% of the first months rent. The final fee will be deemed payable once you have
paid a deposit to the landlord or letting agent.
